Hey everyone. I hope you have all been well. I have been... up and down, but mostly down. A lot of things going on in my offline life that are becoming a lot for me to bear. Can't really talk much about it because most of it is work related, and some of it is personal issues I'm trying to deal with (with my Mum). I let things stress me out too much. A shame really, but I think I am much too concerned with everyone's welfare and not my own. C'est ma vie, je suppose. All it's doing is bringing me down and making me tired. I hope I get out of this funk soon. I hate being so upset all the time.

Otherwise, I've been busy, with work and with art. This is the first weekend I've been able to just sit down and catch up on my dA stuff. Bleh. There needs to be more than 24 hours in a day on the weekend. Yeah. But I'm taking it easy, resting my brain and being mindless. That's the way to go. I plan to watch movies all day and then play some Kingdom Hearts this evening. I'm SO obsessed with KH, oy. I'm surprised my sister still tolerates my dorkiness. Heh. Probably why I'm still single


A LOT of art has gotten done (in my eyes anyway) over the past two weeks. After work lately I have no desire to stay on my computer, so I do art instead. Most of it is original character art that had been inked months ago. So yay! I haven't drawn anything recently, so I really hope I haven't lost my skill... colouring is top priority lately. Should probably get working on drawing stuff. But the pile of "to finish" stuff is SO big. Just want to get it done. Good thing I'm in a colouring mood anyway, 'cause I lack a lot of inspiration. Heh.

Thanks to those who have taken my POLL and left feedback. So far the numbers are leaning towards y'all wanting to see how I colour. That interests me actually, because I always thought I was pretty lousy at colouring, but meh So, I think maybe this week or next, I'll start the picture I want to do for this tutorial and go step by step with photos and such, and have the colouring one done first. We'll see. I'm looking forward to doing my first tutorial
